This meant building scalable workflows, aligning creative with leadership and providers, staying ahead of trends without compromising credibility, and proving that social media could support both brand authority and lead generation in a competitive NYC market.

Led creative and art direction for BeautyFix MedSpa’s foundational brand photoshoot, establishing the visual system used across all marketing channels. The shoot defined the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and on-camera presence through intentional concepting, model casting, and on-set direction, in collaboration with photographer Andrew Fennell. These assets became the backbone of BeautyFix’s creative ecosystem, informing social, web, paid media, and ongoing campaign work.

Short-Form Video as a Trust Engine
Vertical video was a core driver of conversion at BeautyFix—used to introduce providers, spotlight services, and participate in industry trends in a way that felt both credible and human. Through Reels and short-form video, we educated potential patients on myths versus truths, showcased real before-and-after results, highlighted patient journeys, and brought personality to a highly clinical space.
This strategy wasn’t about visibility alone—it was about trust. By consistently pairing education with proof and relatability, vertical video became a tool to reduce hesitation, build authority, and move viewers from curiosity to confidence—and ultimately, to booking.

Carousels Built for Saves, Shares & Authority
Carousels were a core pillar of BeautyFix’s social strategy—used to launch new services, educate patients, and actively shape beauty conversations. Under my direction, we designed carousels to respond to trending cultural moments—such as viral discussions around celebrity lips—to dispel filler myths, contextualize clickbait headlines, and provide medically grounded education.
At the time, this proactive, conversation-driven use of carousels was uncommon in the med spa industry. By consistently entering cultural conversations early and pairing them with an evergreen editorial framework, BeautyFix established a model for educational, high-engagement carousel content that many med spas now emulate.
Meme Culture, Strategically Applied
In the beauty industry, relevance moves fast—and attention moves faster. At BeautyFix, I used meme culture as a performance tool, not a gimmick. By pairing an evergreen editorial calendar with real-time trend integration, I was able to plug culturally relevant moments into the content mix without disrupting brand credibility.
This approach kept the brand consistently in-conversation while driving results: a 40% lift in engagement, steady audience growth, and stronger connection with both existing and prospective patients. Aesthetic Refresh: Illustration & Graphic Design
I developed custom illustrations and graphics that reimagined BeautyFix’s visual identity—moving the brand away from its outdated, clinical aesthetic and toward a modern, editorial look inspired by Cosmopolitan-style artwork. My creative and art direction helped position the brand as youthful, fresh, and culturally relevant.
